This is a holistic and person-centred approach to therapy, based on the philosophical concept that there is no single truth. There are always multiple ways of understanding and making sense of the world around us. Within this structure, I offer techniques from various perspectives as potential tools to help my client make sense of their own narrative. I believe all of my clients have the capacity to heal and grow and to make decisions about how they do this through collaboration, alignment of therapeutic goals and open, honest communication.
I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to support you to explore thoughts, beliefs, issues, emotions, and experiences at your own pace, developing your own pathway to healing and change.
Drawing on multiple psychotherapeutic paradigms, such as Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamics and Transactional Analysis, and adopting a tailored approach in terms of structure and preference, the result is deeply personal and unique to the client. Pluralistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling can facilitate healing, growth and change.
Why choose psychotherapeutic counselling?
– A non-judgmental, confidential space to talk.
– A therapy which keeps you at the centre and in control.
– A space to explore a loss, or life change, a challenge , the past or the future.
– An opportunity to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
– A place to work out what you need, next steps or just give clarity on your life as it is now.

Sessions run face-to-face in St. Ippolyts, Hitchin or online.
